Birth the Wild Way.
This isn’t just doula support. This is a reclamation.
Wild Birthing is a method — rooted in instinct, ritual, and deep trust of the birthing body.
It’s about unlearning fear, reclaiming power, and remembering that birth was never meant to be sterile, silent, or small.
We are not here to be managed.
We are here to surrender, to rise, to birth wildly — with breath, with rhythm, with fire in our bones.
Wild Birthing blends evidence-based education, nervous system regulation, and sacred somatic tools like hypnobirthing, bodywork, and ancient postpartum rituals. It’s care for the body, mind, and spirit — because birth is not just physical. It's spiritual. It's ancestral. It's alchemical.
And yes, it’s also a movement.
A movement to bring birth back home — to the mother, to her wisdom, to her wild.
This is for the women who want more than a checklist.
It’s for the ones who want to feel everything and fear nothing.
It’s for the ones reclaiming birth as their own.
The Power of Support: Why Birth Education and a Doula Matter
Birth is wild. It’s sacred. It’s a full-body surrender.
It’s not something to be managed — it’s something to be moved through. A rite of passage that cracks you open, strips you bare, and calls forth your deepest strength.
Across every land and lineage, women have always known: we are not meant to birth alone. We are meant to be held — by hands that are steady, hearts that are soft, and wisdom that remembers.
When you understand your body, your choices, and the ancient rhythm of labor, you stop fearing birth — and start trusting it.
Knowledge becomes safety. Surrender becomes power.
Traditional systems like Ayurveda and Indigenous midwifery have long taught that when a mother is emotionally and spiritually prepared, birth flows. The body opens. The process softens. Trauma is less likely to take root.
A doula doesn’t direct your birth — she walks beside you in it.
She holds space when things feel big.
She grounds you when the waves rise.
She reminds you that you were made for this.
Modern research backs it up: doulas lower interventions, shorten labors, and increase satisfaction with birth — but more than that, we tend the fire of your transformation. We help you emerge not just with a baby in your arms, but with a deep, embodied knowing of your power.
This is Wild Birthing.
This is the art of trusting yourself.
This is where you remember who you are.

The First 40 Days: A Sacred Window of Healing
"The way we care for mothers after birth shapes the health of the next generation."
Postpartum is not an afterthought — it’s a sacred portal.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s known as Zuo Yue Zi — “sitting the month.” In Ayurveda, it’s the Sutika period. In both ancient systems, the message is the same: this is not the time to bounce back — it’s the time to be still, to be nourished, to be held.
The first 40 days after birth — often called the Golden Month — are a powerful reset.
The body is open. The spirit is tender. The nervous system is shifting. And the way a mother is supported during this time echoes through her entire life.
In TCM, the focus is on rebuilding Qi (vital life energy) and blood lost during labor. Warmth is sacred. Stews, soups, herbal infusions, and deep rest become medicine. Cold is avoided. Stillness is honored. The mother is wrapped in layers of care so she can regenerate fully.
In Ayurveda, postpartum is when Vata dosha (the energy of air and space) can become imbalanced — leading to anxiety, fatigue, and depletion if not lovingly tended. Healing comes through grounding rituals: warm oil massages (abhyanga), nourishing foods rich in healthy fats, warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric, and deep cocooning.
These practices are not luxuries — they’re ancestral blueprints.
They remind us that postpartum is not just physical recovery. It’s spiritual integration. Emotional unraveling. Energetic repair.
Today, neuroscience and modern maternal health are finally catching up — recognizing the deep hormonal shifts, tissue repair, and emotional recalibration that occur during the early postpartum weeks. But our grandmothers already knew: if you care for the mother, you care for the future.
I honor the first 40 days as sacred and provide postpartum support in accordance.
This is a time for softness, slowness, and soulful care.
Because when a mother is truly held, she doesn’t just heal —
she rises.
