Gia the doula and her baby

Meet Gia

Founder of Wild Birthing
Birth Doula | Childbirth Educator | Mama of Two

Wild Birthing was born from my own rebirth. During my second pregnancy, I was led by the Spirit and a fierce, holy instinct. I found myself sketching a she-wolf laboring in the wilderness, breathing with the earth, surrendered in full trust. Every night, I prayed. I listened. I released control. And what followed was a fast, fierce, unmedicated home birth that awakened something ancient within me. That experience didn’t just change me — it remembered me. I knew I was meant to guide others back to that sacred knowing too.

As a lifelong mover with roots in competitive gymnastics and dance, embodiment has always been my native language. That deep body wisdom now lives in how I teach, support, and hold space: attuned, reverent, and intuitive.

My practice is grounded in faith and physiology, woven with ritual, bodywork, advocacy, and evidence-based care. As a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, I stand on a rich legacy of natural healing. Adventists have long embraced plant-based nutrition, hydrotherapy, and holistic wellness as a divine path to healing. That legacy shapes how I show up as a holistic birth practitioner: blending modern knowledge with sacred, God-led care.

Whether you're preparing for your first birth, planning a redemptive home birth, healing from a past experience, or simply desiring a more conscious, Christ-centered journey into motherhood — I’m here to support you.
